Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before the photoshoot. Payments can be made via cash, Apple Pay or Zelle.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. If the photoshoot is canceled after the desired time, no refund will be given. The photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule or a full refund with be made.

Copyright and Usage:
The photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the session. Clients are granted a personal usage license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes only. Commercial usage rights can be negotiated separately. All credit must be given to Belle on any platform the images are uploaded to.

Image Delivery:
Edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery within 1-2 weeks. Clients will receive a selection of high-resolution images as agreed upon in the booking contract. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

Client Cooperation:
Clients are responsible for ensuring the cooperation of all individuals involved in the photoshoot, including children and pets. The photographer is not liable for any difficulties encountered due to lack of cooperation or behavior issues.

Liability:
The photographer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of clients and their property during the session. Clients agree to hold the photographer harmless for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the photoshoot.

Model Release:
Clients grant the photographer permission to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and personal website. Clients may request a separate model release agreement for privacy reasons.
